Educational Diagnostician/ Family Advocate

Roniesha is a dynamic advocate and highly skilled educator of divergent learners, bringing over 25 years of experience supporting students, educators, and families across a wide range of settings. Her work spans Local Education Agencies including Austin ISD, Houston ISD, Pearland ISD, and Texas City ISD, as well as governmental organizations such as Harris County and Galveston County Juvenile Probation Charter Schools and NASA. She has also served private schools, churches, and nonprofit organizations.

As a curriculum architect, Roniesha designs intentional pathways to success by identifying and addressing individual strengths while strategically supporting areas of need. A passionate and creative visionary, she is known for speaking life into individuals, families, and caregivers, empowering diverse communities through education, advocacy, and purposeful connection.

Tabaitha McKeever

Educational Content & Curriculum Specialist

Tabaitha brings over 16 years of experience supporting students with special needs, guided by a strong commitment to lifelong learning and educational equity. Her professional journey reflects versatility across disciplines, blending formal training with hands-on instructional practice.

Throughout her career, Tabaitha has taught English as a Second Language, supported learners with diverse needs, and designed creative, individualized educational resources that address a wide range of learning styles. Her work is rooted in the belief that education should be accessible, practical, and inspiring—not only for students, but also for parents and educators alike.

Dr. Jeremiah N. Taylor

Transition Specialist/ Family Advocate

Dr. Taylor brings extensive experience across both secondary and post-secondary educational settings. He has served in public and private charter schools for over 14 years and has held faculty roles at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston for more than four years and Houston Baptist University for two years. In addition, Dr. Taylor has experience teaching as a Professor of Special Education.

As an executive leader, Dr. Taylor is highly skilled in tracking and evaluating program effectiveness, fostering collaboration among stakeholders, and building the professional capacity of educators to promote student success.

Dr. Taylor earned his Doctor of Education and Master of Education degrees from Houston Baptist (Christian) University in Houston, Texas. He holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Education from LeTourneau University in Longview, Texas, and an Associate of Arts degree from Galveston College in Galveston, Texas.

We are not attorneys and do not offer legal advice or representation. Our advocacy services are designed to support families in understanding and exercising their rights under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Section 504, and related federal and state education laws. Services are limited to advocacy, compliance review, educational consultation, and procedural support during ARD/IEP meetings, mediation, or Due Process hearings.
